How do returns work?
Landing didn't go as planned? No problem! In the case of a return, send us a message at pilot@vandebord.com. Customers from Germany and the EU receive a free DHL shipping label for the return. Free return shipping does not apply to products that were transported by freight forwarder or 2-man handling. By the way: Using the DHL shipping label for the return is not a mandatory requirement for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
