VanDeBord participates in DHL’s GoGreen program and is actively contributing to environmental protection. DHL GoGreen calculates the CO2 emissions generated during the transport of parcels. Landing didn't go as planned? No problem! In the case of a return, send us a message at pilot@vandebord.com. Customers from Germany and the EU receive a free DHL shipping label for the return. Free return shipping does not apply to products that were transported by freight forwarder or 2-man handling. By the way: Using the DHL shipping label for the return is not a mandatory requirement for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.

Shipping
Packages are shipped via DHL and UPS, depending on the size of the package and other logistical factors. Bulky items are delivered via DHL oversized shipping or freight carriers.

Partial deliveries
If the delivery of an order is made in several parts for technical reasons, shipping costs will be charged only once.

Packaging

Everything arrives safely: Your shipment is carefully and breakage-proof packed. As far as technically possible, we only use easily disposable packing material.

Transport damages
Each shipment is insured for transport. Should the packaging be visibly damaged upon receipt, please claim this immediately with the delivering freight forwarder (usually DHL). Note "Packaging damaged" on the receipt before you sign for receipt. Please inform us by email afterwards.

We deliver to Packstations. To receive your shipment at a Packstation, enter it as the delivery address during checkout under “Change shipping address” in section A:

1. Enter your first and last name.
2. In the Street and No. field, write “Packstation XXX”, where XXX is the three-digit number of the desired Packstation.
3. Enter your personal customer number (also called a post number) in the Additional address line field. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL App.
4. Now enter the postal code and the location of the desired Packstation. Done.

You can best clean the glass door and glass top with microfiber cloths. Paper towels are not suitable as they can cause scratches.

Yes, the Airline Trolley requires electricity. A 3-meter power cable for the LED Shelf is included in the delivery.

No, we currently do not sell Full Size Airline Trolleys.

Looking for Airline Trolley Dimensions? Although they glide uniformly across the skies with a height of approx. 103 cm and a width of approx. 30.5 cm, the depth reveals the difference: ATLAS Airline Trolleys measures approx. 40.5 cm, KSSU about 42.5 cm. 

For Full Size aircraft trolleys, these depths are doubled, and our rare 2/3rd KSSU trolleys surprise with a depth of approx. 50 cm.

Our refurbished and used airline trolleys have seen quite a few international airports! Currently, they originate from the high-flying colleagues at SAS Scandinavian Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airlines. In the past, airline trolleys from Lufthansa, Air Berlin, Germania, Hamburg International, Iberia, KLM, Spanair, and other airlines have also made a soft landing with us.

Airline Trolleys are only available in the sizes we offer. Since original Airline Trolleys are standardized in aviation, we do not offer customization in size.

Absolutely! Essential at lofty heights, all Airline Trolleys have an insulation function for heat and cold. This is a crucial feature in aviation – as airlines use Trolleys for ice cream and ice cubes on board. Therefore, pre-cooled drinks also maintain their temperature pleasantly long at your home. For an especially cool experience (and to transform your Trolley into a mini-bar), try it with dry ice: Simply order dry ice online, place it in a flat aluminum drawer, and position it at the top of the Trolley. Voilà – the perfect preparation for your next event with your airline trolley bar!

Used Airline Trolleys

Our used airplane trolleys served an airline for years. They delivered tomato juice, Prosecco, and sandwiches above the clouds. In short: They were fully in operation. And then? Our ground crew thoroughly cleaned them for you and checked them completely. They are fully functional and correspond to the original condition to give everything for you now.

Refurbished Airline Carts

Restored trolleys are used airplane trolleys that are also overhauled in a complex process. How exactly? We move everything for you: Side surfaces as well as door sides - inside and out - receive new high-quality aluminum panels from us. If desired, we insert acrylic glass into the doors. Right after that, we bring the design to the airplane trolley, either by laminating or direct printing. Single-colored trolley models undergo a powder coating. The original patina with small scratches and dents in the aluminum frame, lock, rollers, and inside remains untouched.

Brand-New Galley Carts

Our brand-new models were already on the home stretch for their first flight without taking off. Means: They were manufactured for demanding use above the clouds but have never flown. Their certification according to strict aviation guidelines guarantees durability and the highest quality.

We perfect these brand-new originals according to your wishes: in true handcraft, with a design of your choice. So they get the really final touch. Sounds good? We think so too.

The door hinge of the Airline Trolleys and Aviation Boxes cannot be changed.

The Aviation Boxes are available in many RAL colors. You can find the respective RAL code in the product name.

With single wheels, the recommended maximum load is up to 120 kg. With twin wheels, the recommendation is even up to 140 kg.

The Aviation Box XL proudly measures about 47.4 / 29.5 / 40.7 cm (Height / Width / Depth) externally and about 46.0 / 27.7 / 40.0 cm internally. A spatial wonder above the clouds! 

The somewhat more petite Aviation Box M comes in at about 27.9 / 29.1 / 39.5 cm externally and about 26.8 / 27.5 / 39.2 cm internally. Compact yet so spacious!

Up to 4 Aviation Boxes can be easily stacked on top of each other.
