How is my order shipped?

Shipping
Packages are shipped via DHL and UPS, depending on the size of the package and other logistical factors. Bulky items are delivered via DHL oversized shipping or freight carriers.

Partial deliveries
If the delivery of an order is made in several parts for technical reasons, shipping costs will be charged only once.

DHL Packstation
We offer the option to have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Learn more about how delivery to a DHL Packstation works.

UPS Access Point
You can also have your delivery sent to a UPS Access Point near you. Find the closest one.

GoGreen by DHL
VanDeBord participates in DHL's GoGreen program and makes an active contribution to environmental protection. DHL GoGreen calculates the CO2 emissions generated during the transport of the packages. These emissions are neutralized by investments in environmental projects, such as reforestation of the rainforest. In 2020, VanDeBord was able to compensate 2.42 t of CO2. View Certificate 2022.

Packaging

Everything arrives safely: Your shipment is carefully and breakage-proof packed. As far as technically possible, we only use easily disposable packing material.

Transport damages
Each shipment is insured for transport. Should the packaging be visibly damaged upon receipt, please claim this immediately with the delivering freight forwarder (usually DHL). Note "Packaging damaged" on the receipt before you sign for receipt. Please inform us by email afterwards.
