Download Print Templates and Submit Print Data

After you have created your print data, please delete the template again before you export the file, otherwise it will be printed as well!

After ordering your trolley, simply send us your finished print file (as JPG or PDF) by email. Before your motif is printed in high resolution, we check the image quality and dimensions with a free data check.

File Format, Resolution, Color Space

Choose between PDF or JPEG – these two file formats! Please use a resolution of 300 dpi. Alternatively, scalable vector graphics are also possible. In addition, the print file should be created in the CMYK color mode.

Important: the bleed!

The bleed is an additional margin that lies outside the visible area and is omitted during assembly. There must be 15mm of bleed on the left and right of the design, and 20 mm above and below the design. To avoid white edges, the selected image motif must extend into the area of the bleed!

Should parts be left out?

All surfaces must appear in full in the print file. The lock on the front or other surfaces must not be left out. Regarding the lock, it should be noted that it will be on top of your motif after assembly. The motif will be covered by the lock at this point. In addition, a "Take-Off and Landing" sign is usually attached to the front of the airline trolley. If explicitly desired, this can also be omitted.

Which data format?

Please save the print data in a single print file, in which all four sides of the airline trolley you have designed are arranged in the correct order and with the necessary bleed. The correct order of the pages is: Front, Right, Back, and Left.
